Established in 1986, we began with offshore software development in China and contract staffing of Chinese IT professionals in Singapore. With more than 20 years experience, we have expanded our services and specialties to include training, payroll and consultancy. As of late 2010, we have re-branded as Softech HR and became a subsidiary of Wilmar Consultancy Services, a global IT provider with more than 600 employees in 3 continents.

Our clients come from a wide range of sectors, including major companies and institutions in the manufacturing, marine, banking, construction, hospital and IT industries. We are able to service all of them well as we specialize vertically in providing resources with IT skill sets.

Our headquarters is in Singapore, and we have offices in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur. We also operate by the brand Uniland Consulting in China with 7 office locations in Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, Qingdao, Dalian, Shenzhen and Chengdu.
